Orders
We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
We accept payments via PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Sales or use tax applies to orders shipped to all states, except for AK, DE, MT, NH, OR.
For shipments to Alabama, we collect a simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions and remit it to the Alabama Department of Revenue. The program account number is SSU-R011228197.
Orders exceeding $650 cannot be processed.

Cancellations and Modifications
We strive to fulfill your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it almost immediately. Therefore, we cannot make any changes after fulfillment. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Policies
We offer free shipping via FedEx SmartPost for all domestic orders over $49 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Weight-based shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
To qualify for free shipping, the total order must be $49 or more, after any discounts are applied. Orders under $49 will incur shipping charges.
Please allow up to 10 business days for FedEx to pick up your shipment and update your tracking for free shipping orders. Note that FedEx does not deliver Ground Economy shipments on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST on weekdays, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
We do not require a signature for delivery.
We do not ship to Canada, P.O. Boxes, Freight Forwarders, or military addresses (APO & FPO). For international orders, please contact one of our authorized distributors.

Damages or Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us online or by phone at +1 844-937-2551 within 72 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Satisfaction Guarantee
At Dr. Bronner’s, we are committed to standing behind our products and customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with a Dr. Bronner’s personal care product purchased from drbronner.com or any of our authorized sellers in the U.S., you may contact us for assistance within 45 days of purchase.
Please note that the satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including those sold on unauthorized websites. The guarantee is also limited to original end-user purchasers in the United States.

How to Start a Return and Claim a Guarantee
To initiate a return or submit a guarantee request, please contact our Customer Experience team online or call +1 844-937-2551 (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST) within 45 days of your purchase.
Have the following information ready: where and when you purchased the product, proof of purchase, images (if possible), and your reason for dissatisfaction.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and returns cannot be dropped off at our headquarters.
Once we receive your return and verify eligibility, we will process a refund or replacement.
Refunds for purchases made on drbronner.com will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
For products purchased from authorized sellers, we recommend contacting the seller directly for assistance regarding their return and refund policies.

Guarantee Guidelines
Dr. Bronner’s reserves the right to verify all information, request proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
The company may modify or discontinue the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
For questions about whether a vendor is authorized to sell Dr. Bronner’s products, contact our Customer Experience team. On Amazon, our only authorized sellers are Dr. Bronner’s and Wishing U Well, Inc. You can also use our store locator page to find other authorized retailers.

For issues with Amazon orders, please reach out to the vendor directly through their Amazon profile or contact their website for assistance.
All returns and issues related to Amazon orders, including those purchased from Dr. Bronner’s Amazon storefront, must be handled through Amazon. For assistance with returns or order issues, please contact Amazon directly.
